Exchange Policy 

1) All products ( except some products ) purchased from Tariq Book Store.com can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase only if :

•  The item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

2) Any Sale item cannot be return or exchange. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but  are not limited to the following:

• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged because of use. 
• The product has tampered.
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
• Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered to be one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they may not be returned partially or individually.
• All items must be exchanged with the original packaging intact.

Warranty Policy 

• There is no warranty for Imported items such as Bags (Except Bemble Bags), Bottles, Lunch Boxes, Pencil Pouches. 
• There is no warranty for Fancy & Gift items.
• There is no warranty for Calculators.
• All Past Papers cannot be exchanged or return.

Shipping Policy

• We can ship to virtually any address within Pakistan(some areas are exceptional as they are unreachable to the delivery companies). 
• Normal delivery charges for Karachi will be PKR 300 ( Delivery time - 2/3 working days after dispatched ) 
• Urgent delivery charges for Karachi will be PKR 450. ( Delivery time - same day or next day according to area ) 
• Normal delivery charges in other cities (Except Karachi) will be PKR 450. ( Delivery time - 6 - 8 working days ) 
• Courier charges for the return and exchange will be paid by the customer for sending the items back if any items are ordered wrong by customer. 
• If customer will not accept order for any reason and they want us to deliver parcel again then they have to pay double delivery charges.

NOTE:

•  You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@tariqbookstore.com or by calling us at +92 3273699365 in case you want to raise a dispute. At Tariq Book Store, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
